A vision that starts with transparency, includes engagement with all key stakeholders and pursues a clear strategy that centers on educational outcomes needed for our future generations. A district that shows support for the educators in our community with measurable actions.  A school board that works together to hold leaders and decision-makers accountable for their actions, moving them to rethink what is possible. Alignment on a strategic forward-thinking vision for Fargo Schools, one that works with the community to have infrastructure in place to meet the growing community, keeps neighborhood schools as a priority and balances the needs of students with the work and effort needed to deliver KPIs.
